Preparing for your wedding is a huge time commitment and can be a bit stressful. Between booking your vendor teams, working on the guests list and picking out of the elements of your wedding design, you can spend hours working on the details of your ceremony and reception.
Whether you’re both swamped at work, overwhelmed by the number of decisions you have to make or simply think a professional can weed through the options better than you can, hiring Affluent Affairs can help make the process much easier and more enjoyable. We pride ourselves on providing a stress free wedding day and planning experience! Our reviews tell all! Check them out here to learn more about the Affluent Affairs experience! A wedding planner is responsible for helping the couple with the look and feel of the wedding and the execution. A wedding coordinator is focused only on the logistics at the rehearsal & on your wedding day. If you need assistance with the entire planning process, a full or partial planning package (wedding planner) is your best investment. If you are comfortable planning the entire event and just need a professional to tie it all together, then wedding management (coordinator) is your best fit.
Your venue coordinator is responsible for overseeing the set-up, food and beverage, and logistics as it relates directly to the venue. An outside wedding planner will coordinate and manage ALL logistics and design details with your entire wedding vendor team. We will not only make your wedding planning process easier and stress-free, but we will also simplify the jobs of your entire vendor team, including your venue coordinator! From timelines and all the details in between, we will work hand in hand with your venue coordinator to ensure your wedding day is flawless!
Anywhere from 9-12 months prior to the wedding date is a good time to start planning. You don’t want to wait until the last minute and feel overwhelmed, but you also don’t want to be planning for too long. I do recommend hiring your wedding planner right away, even for our wedding coordination packages. You’ll want to get a contract signed to ensure the coordinator is available for your wedding date. We are actively booking 2026 weddings, so if you are interested, reach out right away. Schedule Your FREE Consultation
